What it’s like to be that support bunny on the plane next to you

Yes, it’s not easy. I see your looks of disgust. I know what you’re thinking. “What’s her problem? Why did she have to bring a support bunny on the plane with her? Why did she have to sit next to me?”

“Is he going to poop all over the seat?” you ask.

My poor owner.

Support bunnies are hated.

No, I’m not going to poop all over the seat. Yes, my owner will take me out of my little travel case and will cuddle me. I will kiss and cuddle her back. And then she’ll talk to me in a baby voice.

It helps her cope with her anxiety, okay?

Do you have a problem with that?

If you do, tell it to my bunny fist. That’s right. Don’t push me, I’m a support bunny.

I’m here to support my owner — whatever it takes.

Understand?
